Athletes will be tested everyday on their determination, focus, and sportsmanship as they build strength, balance, agility, and power. Activities at X-treme Challenge are designed to be engaging; they're a workout you won't want to stop doing. They also have increasing levels of challenge; we are constantly looking to "up the ante" and go beyond our own limits which is why during our Sports Performance Training, we expect our students to have a desire to continuously improve.
GREAT PERFORMANCE IS NEVER LUCK. IT TAKES A LOT OF FOCUS, HEART, AND HARD WORK.

Josh "Super Ninja"
